I was born in Rosario, Argentina and raised with Italian roots. Since I was young my Sicilian grandma taught me all she knew
about cooking. This is how I learned to enjoy the art of cooking on my own. When I grew up I attended the University of Humanities
and Art. I moved to Miami in 1995 and worked in restaurants, developing experience and learning new flavors. Today I am happy
to be able to have my own business along with my children who are a part of it. Together we feel the honor of being able to
offer our clients the best of us
